2006 Ford F150 120000km -Vehicle arrived a shop with no forward gears in any range selected. Customer reported he was driving along and just lost all forward gears. Fluid condition looked normal upon inspecting fluid level. Slight discoloration of the fluid was present when transmission pan was removed with minimum clutch disc fiber present. There was no slippage present in reverse gear which ruled out transmission oil pump issues that would be causing no forward gears.

After disassembling the transmission the forward clutch outer piston seal was broken as shown in second picture below. The transmission forward clutch inner and outer piston seals were replaced. I also replaced the forward steel and fiber clutch plates. The transmission reassembled and condition was repaired.
